At Daddy Kool Records, we want everyone to enjoy their vinyl collection. If there is a malfuntion with your vinyl, or anything wrong with what you purchased from us, no problem!
If you ordered online...
Call us at (727)822-5665, with your order number ready, and we will be able to send you a return label.
If you purchased in store...
Please bring your recipet, as well as the vinyl you would like to return, and we will be able to do the exchange in the store. If you do not have a paper reciept, we will be able to look up your transaction based on the day you came in.
Please keep in mind, if we do not have the vinyl in stock (or if it is a limited edition vinyl you are trying to exchange), we may not be able to exchange your vinyl with new copy.
