New Religion is the most competent and powerful Primal Fear album ever! The band improved their sound with a lot of new ideas and a lot of courage still sticking to their classic Heavy Metal sound. Primal Fear are born in 1997 under the initiative of Ralph Scheepers (ex Gamma Ray singer) and well known face in the German Metal scene, Mat Sinner. They have produced 6 very successful studio albums so far which entered the album sales charts in the whole of Europe. Epica's lead singer Simone Simons was invited to studio to sing the first duet in Primal Fear recording history, the song Every time It Rains which seems to be the next hit in Fear's recording career. Magnus Karlsson of Starbreaker and Allen / Lande is also special guest playing guitar solos on 2 songs. Primal Fear improved their sound to the max and again the orchestra arrangements by Matz Ulmer and Mat Sinner reached an incredible quality standard.
